Founded as NO:ME Psychometrics and Consulting on 10 January 2013 by Karina Olivier and Jean van Vuuren, what began as an RPL for Access service with two private colleges grew into a broad practice in psychometric assessment, organisational development, and educational access.
Karina co-founded NO:ME with Jean in 2013 and was instrumental in shaping the practice's psychometric and assessment foundations. She now resides in the Netherlands, where she leads Psychometric Studio (psychometricstudio.com).
NOW Matters — CE App's sister practice — works in association with Psychometric Studio on selected projects. The professional relationship continues across continents.
